This is the reason why junk foods are so hard to give and why they are just so enticing. This is also why shaming people for being overweight is wrong. It is not all their fault - they are victims of a disgusting industry and do not deserve to be put down. These companies spend millions upon millions on bombarding you with advertisements and fine-tuning their product to get you addicted. It’s desperately sad that these companies put their profits ahead of the health of billions of people. This is not the way food should be. This is terrifying.

I beg you to try and cut down on eating foods like this and start eating more non-GMO fruits and vegetables. We need to try and change the world for the better.

68124) It really bothers me when I hear people say that they want an eating disorder, like it’s some kind of trend. They don’t realize that it’s not just physical, it’s a mental war that never stops. It consumes you, until you don’t care about anything but losing the weight. You lose your friends, your family, your motivation, your health, and your sanity. You feel guilty after every bite and you base your self-worth on the number on the scale. This is not something you want.
